JOB DETAILS
· Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
· Implement company policies.
· Monitor key HR metrics.
· Handle End to end Employee Life Cycle in HCM system (Zoho). Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
· Handle Induction and Onboarding activity and ensure Smooth Onboarding of New Joinees
· Review the monthly Attendance and assist in processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll
· Organise Employees Meeting and Training session
· Handle Employee engagement activities
· Handle vendors related to HR Department
· Maintain Statutory compliances
· Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
· Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
· Producing Management Information reports
· Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
· Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
· Handle Employee welfare and benefit activity
Technical Skills Required:
Proven work experience of 3-5 years as an HR Operations Executive
Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to successfully implement clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
Should have experience in making Offer, appointment and other correspondence for the employees.
Job Requirement:
Working Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
Qualifications: Any Graduate, MBA HR Preferred.
This position is contingent on having Laptop and wifi connection
Excellent in English Communication Skills
Should have good experience in working on MS Word, Excel and Power Point
