Purpose (Summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
The job is, to provide day to day, operations support for data management in SAP HR system for all the subsidiaries that the group is supporting. The incumbent of the position needs to understand Global Data and process standards for SAP HR system. Managing and execution of the Data Audit for the division.
Providing first level support for issues reported for online tools.
Job Context & Challenges (Indicate type and complexity of the challenges)
Understanding Colgate SAP-HR system, Data and Processes.
Work closely with HR community, with diverse language and culture background.
Working with People in different Time Zone and Geography.
Balancing customer service with quality and Service Level.
Working on Global projects to escalate local/regional requirements, involving local HR in testing and other project related communications.
Excellent knowledge of MS office with advance excel knowledge of Pivots, formulas, charts etc.

Updating Employee and Organization Data in SAP-HR system.
Following global data and processes of SAP-HR system.
Maintaining good SLA and turnaround time for data entry.
Manage the daily work, planning and schedule and work allocation of regional HR ops from the Ticketing system.
Actively interact with local HR.
