Roles and Responsibilities
An Analyst in the Human Resources department will be responsible for supporting comprehensive human resource programs and performing related duties in-line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Analyst will perform functions such as talent acquisition, operations, and analysis, employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition
Understanding the company requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online databases
Using social media to advertise positions and attract candidates
Operations and Analytics
Managing on-boarding formalities
Maintaining and updating all employee records
Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures
Generating, preparing, and analyzing various reports for stakeholders on a timely basis
Employee Engagement
Organizing and managing employee welfare and development activities to ensure positive employee engagement and communication, Virtual for now.
Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives like employee satisfaction surveys, and engagement strategies to retain talent.
