Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
2) Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
3) Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
4) HRBP generalist activities- onboarding/training/ exits/ employee lifecycle management etc
5) Recruitment Metrics, Dashboard preparation, MIS generation etc.
Required Candidate profile

1) Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
2) Excellent communication and people skills.
3) Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
4) Good excel and data management skills
