Full job description
1) Observing labour laws and employment legislation across the entire company.
2) Analysing and interpreting data to create reports.
3) Managing recruitment, selection and promotion processes
4) Preparing job descriptions, contractual terms and conditions of employment.
5) Managing payroll, EPFO, ESIC, Profession Tax, MLWF, GST and Court Cases.
6) Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes and dealing with issues like bullying and harassment.
7) Preparing, planning and assigning work.
8) Minimum five years of experience required in HR field.
9) Only for MALE Candidates.
