Responsibilities and Duties :
Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
Daily administration of the front desk duties (handles emails, mails and all incoming calls and Deal with all enquiries professionally.
Manage daily postal and courier services delivery and pick up arrangement.
ANC & Housekeeping
Manage and keep track of bills payments and ensure all bills are process for payment on time
Manage payment collection from retailers and hand it to relevant departments
Ordering and toping up office stationeries and pantry supplies on a regular basis.
