JOB DETAILS
Carry out all admin duties for the HR Department.
Work closely with the companys current managers and team leads in order to ensure that the HR needs of the organization are met as per the strategic objectives.
Communicate clearly to all and the Managers and Team leads.
Provide Managers and Team Leads the administrative help that they require in an easy to understand format in a timely manner.
Research and provide advice were necessary the relevant information needed to ensure compliance with legislation.
Ensure a fair treatment of all personnel.
Assist with the development, communication and job retention strategies of the organization to ensure that we develop people within the organization.
