JOB DETAILS
Maintain accurate up to date files, records, and documentation.
Full Employee engagement, assisting with general employee inquiries & company benefit programs.
Track birthday/anniversaries, surveys and feedback, etc.
Respond to employment verifications, reference letters, insurance benefit inquiries.
Assist with year-end employee tax forms, insurance tax forms, employee census data and memos.
Maintain employee data and reports, respond to invoice payments and open invoices, assist with
booking events and travel.
Assist with COIs and renewals. Keeping up to date with workers comp payments.
Coordinating with employees for incomplete harassment trainings.
Respond to other miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the needs of internal staff.
Anticipate the needs of other in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
