Looking after end to end Recruitment Process (Sourcing to offering a candidate)
• Time & Attendance Management
• Maintain and keep updated Assets Record.
• Maintain and keep update Employee
• Maintain and keep updated record of Dealers & Distributors (Contract Renewal, Contact Information etc.)
• Be in contact with IT team for resolving issues providing visiting cards/ dealer certificates/ ID Cards
• Book flights or accommodation as required by management or IT team.
• Miscellaneous work like preparing CMP for salary process & conveyances amount.
• Candidate is responsible for Exit Formalities/ Interview.
• Coordinating with Factories for HR & Admin related issues.
