JOB DETAILS
1. Recruitment: Coordinate and assist in other recruitment related activities.
2. Joining Formalities: Conducting induction for all the new recruits and ensuring completion of their joining formalities.
3. Assist in day to day operations of the HR and Admin department.
4. HRIS Management.
5. Leave Management: Attendance and Leave Calculations.
6. Exit formalities including processing of Full & Final settlements.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
