Arranging documents as per tender requirements. Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines
To provide technical and commercial writing skills to the team and have the ability to produce costing information to help the Tender Steering Team decision making
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
Should be able to attend pre-bid meetings.
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
Contribution in cost and price calculations
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
In addition, should be able to handle the HR and admin related work of the group
Maintaining and updating MIS on real-time basis
Supporting the Trade manager and other colleagues.
Keep proper records.
Requirements
Having knowledge & prior experience in preparation of E-tenders.
Should be well versed in the procedure for bidding and submission of Tenders to different government sites / agencies / PSU and Private Companies.
Check various Tender Search Systems on a daily basis and identify any jobs / contracts which may be of interest to the company.
Graduate with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Similar experience a must.
Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Advanced Excel.
Should be able to work independently and taking responsibilities
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preferably least 1-2 years of related experience.
Able to start work immediately.
Able to commit long term.
