JOB DETAILS
Key role is to Coordinate for all functional aspects of HR & Admin Dept. He will assist the Manager in planning, organizing and controlling the HR & Admin operations of the organization.
Specifically, the position is responsible for:
1. Leave & Attendance Management through Software
2. Third party vendors management
3. Coordination with Insurance & Statutory Compliances Consultants
4. Vendor Management- Vendor Hunting, Negotiation, Coordination, Quality Control, Payment, etc
5. Employee Engagement Activities- Organizing (Weekly/Monthly) Small engagement activates & Get Together.
6. Events & Celebrations - Organizing events & Festival Celebration as per calendar & Budget, Coordination with team
7. Gifts & Rewards- Internal coordination for Selections & Categories, Vendors management
8. Post Recruitment - Joining Documentations, On Boarding & Induction, etc.
9. Workstations & On Boarding Admin
10. Recruitment Data & MIS Management
11. HO & Branch Offices Admin Control- Documentation, Agreement & Renewal process
12. Head Office Stationery & Cafeteria Material
13. Office Furniture & Fixture through vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹250,000.00 to ₹360,000.00 /year
