1) Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition/ Recruitments
2) Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
3) Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
4) Plan and implement training programs
5) Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
6) Maintaining employee records and paperwork
7) Adhere to laws and regulations
8) Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
9) Preparation of Job descriptions
10) Handling new employee orientation program
11) Payroll/ Attendance processing
12) Handling HR Statutory compliances
13) Preparation of various types of documents viz. Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter etc

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years (Preffered Recruitment & Generalist role experience)
Qualification: Post Graduates preferred
Technical Skills: Computer Savy, Good knowledge in Excel & ppt

Salary: ₹12,000.00 to ₹16,000.00 /month
