JOB DETAILS
Executive HR & Admin will be responsible for recruitment of right talent and retainment of employees. The Senior Executive HR shall also be responsible for strategic planning, employee engagement and alignment of vision and mission.
Operational Responsibilities
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Responsible for setting budgets and targets for the HR department
Manage employee attrition, analyze exit interviews and use the information to benefit the organization
Ensure execution of the Organization’s Performance Management related policies and procedures and acquaint and train the staff on the same
Score cards tracking
Coordinating for quarterly performance appraisals
Incentives calculations and payments follow up
Training calendar preparation
Making training arrangements (in house or external)
Employee engagement and welfare activities
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
Ensure that the outsourced/contracted labor related issues at site and office are managed within the statutory limits
Ensure Filing of returns and remittances on time
Ensure Recruitment Positions are filled in proper time
Extensive Knowledge in Job portals for sourcing of candidates
Sound Knowledge in recruitment process

Making travel arrangements, (tracking travel advance, settlements)
