HR Roles & Responsibility: Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from talent hunting, scheduling interview, conducting various interview processes, drafting appointment letters Organizing from start to end Campus Recruitment Drives at different colleges Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee Handle Employee engagement activities like fun at work, ensuring retention, team building, Rewards and Recognition (R&R) programmed, employees grievance settlement etc. Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines Manage monthly payroll processing Administration Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for looking after day-to-day general office Administration and handling complete facilities over site including repair & maintenance. Overall Premises management including dealing with Landlord, attendance & access control, CCTV, AC, safety & electrical maintenance, handling disasters, etc., Maintaining reports on all type of inventory on a monthly basis and analyzing the consumption of Stationary, Pantry, Housekeeping consumables. Establish reporting and monitoring mechanisms for control of Housekeeping, Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Cleanliness, Scrap disposal etc. Manage company driver, office staff / guard etc. in terms of day to day operation of the office To ensure AMCs, Insurance and bills payment is managed as per schedule Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude Should be able to handle pressure Immediate Joiners are preferable. Qualification:- Full time experience of at least 2 to 5 years in HR Generalist and /or Administration profiles with flexibility to perform both roles and be a part of an exciting start-up culture.
