Responsibilities and Duties
The role will involve:
Onboarding and contract management
Managing staff exits and territory HR / Legal processes
Recruitment & Training of new team members
Proactively identify employee relations issues and work with executives to quickly resolve
Assess training needs and gaps for new and existing employees
Office administration
Periodic MIS reporting and Dashboards
Property and venue maintenance
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience and skills required:
Company secretary and law graduates will be preferred
Similar experience with a known brand is desired
Atleast 5-7 yrs of experience
Competent in stakeholder management
Basic Finance and marketing knowledge
Well versed in English- written and oral
Well versed in MS office
HR Degree from an elite college will be an advantage

The company is launching an international fun and fitness brand in India. This is the first phase of recruitment of core team in India. The candidate would be required to be involved in hiring, Payroll management, salary structures, etc. The role will also involve office administration like stationery management, laptops and software management, MIS, Dashboarding, property maintenance contracts, etc.
