Responsibilities and Duties The role will involve: Onboarding and contract management Managing staff exits and territory HR / Legal processes Recruitment & Training of new team members Proactively identify employee relations issues and work with executives to quickly resolve Assess training needs and gaps for new and existing employees Office administration Periodic MIS reporting and Dashboards Property and venue maintenance Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Experience and skills required: Company secretary and law graduates will be preferred Similar experience with a known brand is desired Atleast 5-7 yrs of experience Competent in stakeholder management Basic Finance and marketing knowledge Well versed in English- written and oral Well versed in MS office HR Degree from an elite college will be an advantage Benefits The candidate will get to be part of the launch of an International brand in India and part of the core team.
