JOB DETAILS
Job Responsibilities includes;
Payroll:
· Ensuring timely payroll processing with minimal errors.
· Leave and Gratuity data compilation.
Performance Management:
· Completing year-end and mid-year performance appraisal on time.
· Schedule preparation for year-end and mid-year review.
· Issuing warning letters related to performance.
· Closing KRA allocation on time.
HR Operations, Grievances and Compliances:
· To manage and keep proper control on entire HR operations from induction to exit of employees.
· Timely addressing and solving employee grievances.
· Conduct exit interviews and timely complete full and final formalities of left employees.
· Overlooking PF formalities and all HR operations for smooth functioning.
· Handling employee grievances and escalating if necessary.
· Handling all HR compliances activities like renewal and returns.
Policy and process improvement and Training & Development:
· Introduce new policies or modify existing policies from time to time based on organisation requirements.
· Take necessary process improvement initiatives.
· Share and apprise employees regarding the changes in policies.
· Design competency based internal and external training and implement the same.
Budget and MIS:
· Preparing yearly budget for HR and Admin department.
· Overlooking all the HR and Admin MIS reports updations.
Admin and Facility Management:
· Providing a workplace setting that is conductive and productive work.
· Keep track of admin services such as AMC renewal, agreement renewal etc.
· Monitoring space of all locations and providing efficient space use.
· To monitor smooth travel arrangements for all employees.
· To introduce new policies for process improvement if needed.
· Taking decision during emergency situations that breaches the safety, security or usability of the facility.
Asset Management and Vendor Management:
· Ensuring all assets are verified and adequately covered by informing the Insurance providers on additions, deletions and movement of assets, raising claims and coordinating with the service providers for tracking status and speedy processing of claims.
· Initiating procurement after receiving approvals, getting quotes from vendors, negotiating on the best quote, timely closing on the deal with product delivery on time to the end user.
· To identify and tie-up with cost effective vendors.
To manage vendors effectively to get better supplies and services with more focus on quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 /year
Experience:
hr and Admin: 5 years (Preferred)
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Licence:
Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
