Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries;
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and meets statutory compliances;
Assist in the recruitment process by liaising with recruitment agencies;
Assists in screening candidates, interviewing, and testing applicants;
Pays employees by calculating attendance & overtime; distributing salaries; maintaining records;
Administers loans, insurance, PF, ESI;
Maintains personnel records of appointments, promotions, transfers;
Orients new employees by providing Employee Handbook & relevant Department & Company information;
Ensuring up-to-date & complete job descriptions are maintained;
Conducting Performance Appraisals;
Provide statistical reports on HR information;
Maintaining confidentiality of Company employee information;
Organising for training of employees as per Companys needs;
Assist in preparing & distributing training manuals;
Coordinates with all the departments within the Company;
Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements;
Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;
Organise and plan activities for various festive celebrations
Co-ordinate with travel agents for travel & hotel bookings
Any other task assigned by management;
