JOB DETAILS
Job Profile: Talent Acquisition, Managing the entire recruitment process, planning & screening from different online platforms, searching & maintaining the various sources for recruitment.
Experience Mandate: 1-2 years.
Remuneration: As per company standards and Incentives
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
ª Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
ª Execute, interviewing
ª Manage the recruitment process of search, candidate screening, fixing interview and joining formalities
ª Documents HR actions by processing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
ª Organizing induction for new joinees
ª Responsible for smooth execution of HR processes
ª Employee Relationship, Develop and execute recruiting plans.
ª Keeping & maintaining track of attendance, time and leave records
ª Regular updates of HR folders (Employee personnel files).
ª Measure and appreciate employees through the performance module
ª Ability to implement company rules, regulations and formats
ª Updating of Job Descriptions and Organizational structure from time to time
ª Maintain Employee, Attendance, Resumes, IT related Records.
ª Assist admin to maintain office cleanness.
ª Staff welfare
ª Report to seniors
ª Organizing database, managing all HR related sheets etc
Skills required:
ª Good oral and written communication skills
ª Good command over language and good interpersonal skills
ª Focused & disciplined
ª Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations and formats.
