JOB DETAILS
Hands on experience in handling EPBAX, admin and HR activities.
Should have exp. in managing front office like attending incoming calls, transferring it to right person and addressing inquiries, making conference calls, record keeping etc.
Taking care of Entire Front office & Admin related work.
Managing Courier, Dispatches and maintaining records.
Managing Housekeeping, Office boys.
Ability to handle visitors/guests.
General Administration like PO updation, sales inquiry calls.
Qualification and Requirements:
Any graduate with 5 years relevant experience.
Candidates having worked with similar, System Integrator company or Project based company preferred.
Must have hands on experience in word, excel program.
Must be a smart, energetic and presentable.
Must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
Clear and good English Accent.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Must have hands on experience in MS Office, Emails, Internet etc and ability to draft general letters.
Preparing all admin records on Daily basis updating internal databases.
Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
Fast learner of things and should have good convincing power, you should be ready to take charge of work very fast.
Understanding UK, US accent would be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year
