Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Attendance and Leave Management, Salary process, Vendor development,
Maintaining Diesel and Petrol log, Maintaining record for stocks and issues Stationery with preparing purchase orders for stationery
Managing and Maintaining the Guest house, Canteen
Managing & Maintaining all company vehicles Road tax, Insurance & Fitness certificate
Maintaining log record books for all company vehicles.
Handling Statuary requirements of the site
Processing and recruiting employee, Organizing Induction Program, managing outsourced employees (Security, Housekeeping, gardening etc)
Payroll processing Viz., Salaries, LOPs, Arrears, Loan Deductions.
Coordination with Service Providers, for salaries and benefits of Outsourced Staff.
Liasoning with Labour Commissioner, Inspectors for Labour related works & Statutory compliance.
PF Statement uploading returns and generation of challans, withdrawal staff PF
Insurance Renewal , Addition and deletion of Employee Insurances viz GMC, GPA and GTL.
Preparation, Updation and submitting MIS & HRIS to HO HR corporate.
Coordination with Internal Auditors, Group Management Auditors for Administration and HR related issues.
Processing Exit formalities for employees who quit the company
Planning and Monitoring the Administrative costs
Handling NGO’s, Local Leaders, Local issues, Police
Preparing Accident reports, Management reports,
Generating monthly revenu reports
Maintained good communication with local leaders and police respect to our stretch
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a MBA HR post graduate with 10 to 15 years of Infra experience in all admin related aspects.
Note : Should have experience in Infra Industry with an age restriction of around 40 years.
