Job description
As an HR Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership. The ideal candidate holds an MBA in HR with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle manpower handling and recruitment activities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
Oversee housekeeping and staff activities to ensure a conducive work environment
Implement time mapping for all employees to optimize productivity
Visit marketplaces to recruit new manpower as per the dealership's requirements
Effectively manage staff and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications and Experience:
MBA in Human Resources
1 to 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle manpower and administrative tasks effectively
Familiarity with HR management software is a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
