Candidate should be graduate with specialised in HR and Administrative Function.
Possess good written and spoken communication skills.
Having minimum 3-5 years of experience - preferably in Shipping industry
Having Knowledge in the following areas –
Employee Recruitment
Employment Contracts
Compensation and Benefits
Labour Laws and Employee Relations
Demonstrate professional/supervisory leadership capabilities and able to interface in a professional manner with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Make travel arrangements and prepare administrative reports.
