Reports to: Directors
Job Purpose: recruitment and office administration.
Responsibilities and Duties
recruitment as per requirements.
take interviews and shortlisting candidates.
carrying out all the procedure after selection of a candidate.
look after staff grievances and managing them.
act as a personal assistant to the directors.
look after their schedules and meetings.
look after day to day office administration
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification: minimum graduate. A diploma or a degree after would be an add on
Work Experience : 2-3years preferred in recruitment and administration
Key Competencies : An expert in solution selling.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
High negotiation managing ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
