1) Manager - HR Admin & Operation (Male OR Female )
Position Purpose: Bring about effectiveness and efficiency in day to day operations by maintaining discipline, measuring performance and monitoring productivity. Taking the Interviews by understanding the requirement and finalizing the candidates
Location: Dombivali Mumbai Location
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in Operations, HR/ Admin
Age Criteria: Upto 35 Years of age.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years into Operations / Organisation management
Notice Period: Less than 15 days
Salary: As per industry Standards (Salary not a constraint for right candidate)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Increase managements effectiveness by planning, directing and coordinating with various departments and functions to meet the Organizational Goals.
Taking the Interviews and finalizing the candidates.
Analyzing the performance of the Employees and conducting the Reward & Recognition Program.
Taking Daily Reports and analyzing the same.
Conducting the Training & Development Session as and when required.
To increase the profitability of each function by reviewing financial information and working on operational budgets.
i. Troubleshooting activities on the floor w.r.t new project, analyze the problems to find solutions, arrange external help wherever necessary.
ii. Responsible for complete order to delivery
iii. Ensure the implementation of Quality
iv. Optimizes all resources by utilizing statistical methods and data to produce best- in-class quality.
Implementation and sustenance of TPM (Total Productive Management) To Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/Vendors
i. Organizing Meetings with Team Leaders, supervisor and employees
ii. Maintaining healthy and fruitful business terms with suppliers and vendors
Improving performance, Productivity and Efficiency with HR Team.
i. Implementation of effective strategies and proven method.
ii. Define S.O.P guidance (Flowchart) for departmental functions.
iii. Staffing of all the categories i.e. from Top to Bottom
iv. Training: Responsible for identification of Training needs, finalizing Training Calendar, arrange training program for all on different subjects.
v. The Job holder will be responsible for establishing harmonies in the overall Organization.
vi. Promotes safe work practices as the highest priority and implements objectives ergonomics/safety.
vii. Builds and maintain good working relationship with employees, Team Leaders and supervisors along with management.
viii. Empowers employees to continuously improve their work and supports them by eliminating and managing constraints.
ix. Handling employee issues, maintaining discipline and achieve targeted efficiency of the available resources.
To promote a progressive organizational chart by managing HODs , Managers and other direct reporters.
To maintain customer centric approach and improve customer satisfaction.
