JOB DETAILS
Managing Database and ensure data centralizing
Creating reports based on relevant formats (learning, talent and PMP)
Submit MIS on regular basis
Sharing insights basis data available
LMS related:
Oversee HR helpdesk tickets (for learning)
Address employee queries about LMS issues
Testing of SCORM packages with vendors
Creating SCORM/Non-SCORM content and testing on LMS
Ability to create basic elearning courses using an authoring tool (training on the tool will be provided)
Drive all Training Administration (assign courses, nomination, attendance, feedback etc) through LMS
Responsible for mandatory course assignment and completion
Responsible for online Induction completion status
Vendor related:
End to end vendor Management agreement creation and payout management
Preparing provisions with Finance
Audit related:
Responsible to ensure all training activities are inline with SOP thereby ensuring Audit clearance
Responsible for delivering audit related data, and provide all proof requested by auditors
Miscellaneous:
Facilitating short classroom sessions to train users on LMS/procedures etc part of Induction
Creating handbooks where needed
Soft and technical skills
Responsible for their own learning (complete courses on Advanced Excel/Powerpoint etc)
Education in HR would be helpful
Eye for detail is extremely critical
Ability to draft mails/hold a conversation with to mid-senior management.
Adherence to timelines
Strong ability -to multi task.
