JOB DETAILS
Should be well-versed with end-to-end recruitment process.
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing necessary inputs about the hiring process.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Should be thoroughly acquainted with the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process.
Managing and coordinating with the employees.
Regularly meeting with employees to check about their progress and grievances or complaints, in case they have any.
Coordinate all the hiring and training process for the new employees.
Should have adequate knowledge in handling various job portals, LinkedIn accounts.
Must be aware of all HR activities.
Maintaining HR records related to attendance, salary, health and medical insurance of employees, etc.
Should be aware of the exit process.
Should have knowledge about HR and portals
Work Skill Sets:
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Good in making database management.
