Responsible for IT and Non IT end to end Recruitment Pan India To work closely with Hiring Managers, understand requirements, sourcing via job portals, job consultants, campus and getting the right fit within tight timelines Have a strong understanding of the market, the nitty-gritties of a JD and target 0% drop-outs. Manage a team of recruiters along with personal sourcing and present Dashboards and MIS to quantify recruitment efforts.
