Role & responsibilities
• Spearheading the entire functions of Human Resource Vertical like Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Policies, Performance Appraisal & Management etc
• Collaborated with business leads and recruitment leads to forecast demand and close the senior, mid-level and junior level positions.
• Responsible for Manpower Budgeting, Planning & Acquiring Talent as per business needs within TAT
• Strategizing Sourcing through employee referrals, networking; vendors, portals & campus recruitment
• Synchronizing & Managing hiring across business unit Negotiating and closing the offers with candidates; Salary fitment and parity.
• Planning, Organizing and Managing Joining Kits and Induction / Orientation Program Schedule for the new Joinees
• Ensuring the end to end process from hiring to smooth on boarding in the system & Handling exit of Employees
• Supporting, Coaching, and advising Business Heads in resolution of critical individual HR related cases
• Working with HOD's to identify competencies
• Developing, defining and communicating various company policies to employees
• Resolving employee grievances and engaging with payroll processing for seamless execution of monthly payrolls
• Responsible for completing Relieving formalities including Clearances from all departments, Exit Interview, Full and Final Settlement coordination
