Job description
Looking for a HR - Intern for Our office in Rabale - Navi Mumbai, 6-month internship with Full Time Offer based on Company Requirement and candidate performance. Stipend - 20k per month for 6 months.
Role & responsibilities: -
Recruitment - Profile sourcing for associate and store manager level. (Customer sales associates, Optometrists, store managers).
Providing support to the HRPB for Maharashtra and Gujarat region.
Conducting walk-in drives as and when required
Doing tie-ups with medical colleges for associate level recruitment and graduate colleges for store manager profile
PRE - boarding duties
executing the employee engagement and rewards and recognition activities in the region
store visits
