Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling recruitment process from CV screening to arrangement of interview.
2. Handling the entire joining process.
3. Follow-up with IT department for code and Email ID creation/HRMS mapping.
4. Weekly: Prepare shift rotation
5. Monthly: Provide training to the new employee for organization hierarchy and code of conduct.
6. Monthly: Handling employee room accommodation allocation
7. Monthly: Leave balance reconciliation and update accordingly
8. Monthly: Prepare salary data
9. Communicate with all the employees regarding leave/salary or any other query raise by them.
10. Handle all HR related vendor.
11. Update to the employee for any policy amendment of the company.
12. Handle F&F process.
13. Arrange for monthly employee activities
14. Schedule Employee farewell and birthdays
15. Only those with past experience in Manufacturing HR should apply
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have experience with blue collar workforce on a shop floor
2. Should have 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience
