Officer HR - Generalist
Independently handling end to end recruitment
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
Implements human resources services including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Good hands on exposure of MIS and Preparing Reports.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Planning and executing various Employee Engagement initiatives that will add value to employee as well as company
