1. Hiring candidates for Clients as per job description received.
2. Calling the candidates and shortlisted the right candidate for the job.
3. Explaining the job role and about the Company to the candidate.
4. Sending job descriptions or any important information related to the job to the candidates.
5. Scheduling the candidates for interview and keeping proper follow up with candidates until the candidate joins Client Company.
6. Generating all kinds of report and maintaining Tracker on daily basis.
7. Must have experience in using portal like Monster, Shine, Naukri and social network like LinkedIn, Facebook.
8. Reporting to the Manager.
