- Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Responsible for overall talent acquisition objectives within the company by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Provide overall strategic direction of Recruitment team initiatives with diverse lines of business.
- Manpower mapping / Succession planning and recruitment
- Performance management and formulation of key HR metrics
- Costing and budgeting for allocation of requisite resources
- Employee connect and employee engagement
- Personnel management and liaise with vendors for in line with company protocol.
Pre-requisites for befitting candidates :
- Currently engaged as Talent acquisition specialist in an organization of repute (Preferably Manufacturing/Oil&Gas Domain)
- Strong expertise into core recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management and manpower planning.
