JOB DETAILS              
Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external candidates. Develop pool of well qualified candidates for first level evaluation. Manage applicant pool and evaluate results. Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers. Collect, compile, analyze customer survey data on quality and diversity of candidate pool. Timeline adherence and drive cost effectiveness of recruitment processes. Responsible for creation and updation of Job Description and Job Specification as per all positions across the organization. Preparation and updation of process flow charts and maps, recruitment manual and testing tools. Perform reference checks on potential can-be-hired candidates. Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes/candidates. Liaison with local colleges and recruitment agencies for maintaining pool of potential candidates for various positions.
