Experience - 2+ Years
Qualification - MBA HR/PGDM HR/MSW/MLW0 any HR related certified course.
Salary - As per industry Standards
Person should have experience in HR, IR and Welfare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage employee relations, negotiation, settlements etc.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process at Plants.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
