A leadership role collaborates closely with various parties to understand business needs and strategic priorities in order to ensure HR service delivery capabilities are effectively and efficiently leveraged within the business.
Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business.
Manage and provide efficient employee services across the life cycle of employees across geographies
Ensure adherence to global standards and provide a comprehensive framework and drive all compliance activities including adherence to Global Standards, Policies and regulatory
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards
