JOB DETAILS              
Responsibilities: 1. Requisition: Ensure that all job requisitions are initiated through requisition and oversee the approval process for requisitions. 2. JD Creation: Maintain comprehensive job descriptions that adhere to organizational standards, following PFD guidelines. Ensure that all approved job descriptions are saved in PDF format and stored in OneDrive. 3. CV Shortlisting: Oversee the CV shortlisting process to identify qualified candidates and ensure it aligns with the JD. 4. Test Scheduling: Manage test scheduling and send calendar invites for all test rounds while following established guidelines. 5. Email Template Generating: Develop and maintain a library of professionally crafted email templates, consistently updated. 6. Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process, accommodating interviewers' schedules. 7. Interview Conducting: Coordinate structured interviews, gather feedback, and maintain a high level of professionalism. 8. Offer Letter Generating: Prepare and issue offer letters within 1 day of the interview, with clear terms and conditions. Facilitate the offer acceptance process, encouraging candidates to respond promptly. 9. New Employee Joining & Induction: Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process, initiating induction and introduction to company policies. 10. Documentation: Manage the collection and maintenance of essential employee documentation. 11. Training & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and track employee development and progression. 12. Deployment: Coordinate employee deployments, ensuring efficient resource allocation to various outlets. 13. Attendance: Oversee attendance tracking, including leaves, overtime, and maintain accuracy in records. Manage attendance regularization requests, approving only valid requests and ensuring compliance. 14. Leave Requesting & Leave Approval: Facilitate leave requests, review, and ensure timely approvals, ensuring policies are followed. 15. Monthly Salary: Collaborate with the finance team for the accurate processing of monthly payroll. 16. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews. Lead the performance appraisal process, conducting appraisals and setting new goals. 17. Expense Management: Oversee expense management, including reimbursement requests and policy adherence. 18. Circulars and Communication: Ensure effective communication, following established processes for internal announcements. 19. Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances and conflicts, facilitating resolutions and escalation when needed. 20. Compliance Management: Ensure HR practices comply with Indian laws and regularly review and refine policies. 21. Accommodation and Asset Management: Oversee accommodation services, ensure proper asset management, and keep records for HR and Admin separately. 22. Employee Offboarding: Coordinate employee offboarding, ensuring an orderly exit, including asset recovery and FnF processing. 23. Background Verification: Conduct background checks on selected candidates, documenting findings, and discussing any concerns with management.
