Manage global compensation and benefits plans to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives, promote employee understanding and engagement, and ensure ongoing global compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
Drives an effective partnership between Compensation and other HR teams to support workload and execution, sharing/transfer of knowledge, increase understanding of international issues and all aspects and considerations around compensation programs and practices.
Has a strong understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting, performance management) and ability to develop solutions for the business needs. Experience working in a global environment on compensation and related issues strongly preferred.
Develops overarching global strategy on participation in relevant compensation surveys. Manages annual market benchmarking process.
Keeps abreast of compensation trends and regulations, ensuring that programs and pay actions meet business needs and comply with applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws/regulations.
Monitor and design Company's Global salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent
Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable pay planning and various incentive scheme development
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and the ability to effectively communicate, consult and influence at all levels, on both strategic and tactical issues.
