Collaborate with the senior management to define and execute the talent strategy.
Develop and monitor the annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational/work plan.
Create and implement employee related policies keeping in mind best-practices within the industry.
Plan and implement an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent from the market.
Maintain a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits program to support the companys ability to attract and retain high quality and well qualified employees.
Manage the recruiting lifecycle.
Adhere to all Statutory Compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and requirement.
Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws organization-wide.
Serve as a resource for managers; coach and mentor senior managers to effectively use the full range of HR tools such as the performance process. Develop and manage performance evaluation program and ensure staff progression and development.
Investigate employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievances issues.
Work with managers to identify performance goals and objectives, standards of measurement and accountability.
Build training and development activities in support of the companys strategic plan including management and leadership development.
Lead and direct the HR team and build a cohesive unit, establish performance measures and goals for all direct subordinates.
