Lead the HR department in organisation for at least 3 years, Recruitment, Employee relation management, HR MIS, HR Policy formulation and implementation, Implementation of training and Development, Monitor day to day HR team related activities and execution, New employee induction, Performance Appraisal, Company HR events (Picnics, sports etc), HR software control (KEEKA)
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
