Looking for the role of Head HR, kindly find the job details below: a) Accountable for Manpower Planning, Staffing and driving End to End recruitment across Sales & Marketing vertical as per service level agreements. b) Ensure consistent, effective and efficient management of Employee Life Cycle across Zonal & Branches offices c) Partner with the business for defining and delivering onboarding plan for all new joiners d) Understand and address employee issues; drive HR connects. Understand and address employee grievances, issues; through regular employee interactions e) Conceptualize & Drive Employee Engagement initiatives across Zonal & Branch offices aimed at encourage employee involvement f) Facilitating effective implementation of Performance Review System g) Provide all necessary support to Business HR Lead on the effective execution of Compensation & Benefits cycle & deployment of Reward & Recognition schemes h) Carry out exit interviews, gauge the reasons for exit, take employee feedback that we can work on to in order to retain our status of employer of choice.
