JOB DETAILS
Outstanding knowledge of state and local labour regulations/compliance (office,
warehouse, manufacturing unit)
Ability to work in a fast paced with quick decision-making environment
Expertise in employee relations, communication, and strong interpersonal and
negotiations skills
Perform additional duties, projects, etc. as necessary to support the organisation.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organisation Development.
PGDM/ Masters degree preferred.
2-4 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource positions.
Specialised training in employment law, compensation, organisational planning,
organisation development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred."
Qualification - MBA OR Equivalent Qualification
