Job Description Lead HR function of the organisation and responsible for complete spectrum of Human Resource Management -Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; guiding managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. -Development and implementation of HR systems, policies and practices, SOPs at all level aligning with business requirements. -Study and remodelling of HR processes for continual improvement of organisational effectiveness. - Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities. Implementing Cost effective practices -Maintaining Office discipline, permissions & MIS -Responsible for providing Office Management services -Maintaining ambience in office & Services for the staff and Top Management Candidate must be from Construction / Real Estate Industry
