Roles and Responsibilities
To develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
To review policies and their effectiveness with line managers through interaction with leadership team to ensure people policies meet business needs.
To create HR Budget annually & ensure and manage compliance with respect to Indian Explosives act, Sales Tax, Import duties, excise duties etc.
To automate the HR processes and systems by using technology and enhance user friendly delivery to employees.
To ensure planning of manpower requirements consistent with the organization structure.
To develop and implement action plans as needed to improve cost-effectiveness of the different HR interventions and activities planned.
To initiate PMS Timelines, Internal Survey Feedback, Training Modules, Implementations of Rewards programs, Timely increments.
To ensure cost effective and timely support services to different departments/ functions.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Professional qualification in HR
Bachelors /Master’s degree in HR or management
Total Years of Experience:
Total Experience: 15+ years of experience in relevant field

Conceptual knowledge of Organizational behavior
Management and leadership skills
Industrial relations understanding
