HR Head and Administration
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry regulations.
3. Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
4. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
5. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Lead the administration function, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supplies procurement.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
8. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry and/or jewelry sector.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
8. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
