Job Overview :
Plan and execute HR and Administration Strategies at Site
Ensuring Site Statutory Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all recruitments are in line with requirements of the Organization and Budget.
Plan & execute Learning and Employee Development Initiatives to retain critical talent
Drive Talent Management inititaives like Competency Assessments, Career Path Discussions, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and other Global initiaties rolled out from time to time.
Facilitate Goal Setting, Annual Year-end Perforamnce Reviews and Compensation Planning of all employees.
Design and execute Employee Communication, Employee Engagement and Well-being initiatives to establish a positive employee-employer relationship and boost employee morale.
Prepare and present HRIS in various forums / managemnt reviews.
Look after statutory and regulatory compliances such as PF, ESCI, PT, Employment exchange and Apprentice Act.
Liasoning with local, government and regulatory authorities
Ensure end to end Contract Labour Management
Face Internal, IFC, Statutory, other HR related Audits & Government inspections and comply with the Audit observations raised by authorized bodies
Oversee the smooth administration of entire Life Cycle Management of Employees, Compensation / Reward ad Benefit administration.
Provide effective administrative services like Transport, Canteen, Housekeeping, etc. to the employees.
Align with the Site Head and JV partners for smooth delivery of HR operations at Site.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification : MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRD
Experience : Overall 18–20 years experience. Experience as an HRBP at leadership in an MNC set-up shall be prefered.
Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of Labor Laws / Codes, Factories Act and other HR related enactments.
Experience of managing all facets of HR and Administration in a mid to large size set-up
