To understand the requirement for the position and source candidates from various job portals and social websites.
To post jobs on various job portals as per the requirement and match the applicants profile with our requirement for the position.
To plan and implement campus recruitment in selected colleges in coordination with the concerned Department Heads.
To conduct telephonic round of interviews and shortlist the candidaates for Online and personal round of interviews.
To enter the interview details in the HRMS Software and ensure data hygiene.
To submit within the stipulated time period MIS data of recruitments.
To conduct background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
To issue Offer letters and appointment letters to the selected candidates.
To provide induction training and on boarding formalities of the new employee as per the Company protocol.
To conduct exit interview of employee resigning from the Company and flag the consistent issues related with the employee dissatisfaction.
Graduate / PG in HR candidate from a recognised University.
Resident of Mumbai only, ready to travel.
Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi, soft spoken and knowing telephonic etiquettes.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ppt) and Internet use.
Well aware of all the job portals in India and their use.
Well aware of all the social networking sites and their use in recruitment.
Hands on experience of recruitments in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Must be able to work under pressure situation.
Hands on experience in conducting campus recruitments.
