JOB DETAILS
u Design long-term people strategy for the organization aligned to business objectives and implement various organizational development interventions to enable business readiness.
u Finalize HR budgets and monitor on periodic basis to ensure optimum utilisation of the same
u Interact with business and department heads to understand people related issues that need to be addressed
u Provide guidance to HR team members as required
HR systems and Processes
u Provide guidance and inputs to ensure design and implementation of annual organizational structuring and manpower plans for the organization
u Monitor designated senior level hiring in the organization (N-2 and above roles)
u Oversee HR initiatives across the organization and support design and improvement efforts (performance management process, compensation structuring, banding/grading, learning & development, competency framework, career movement and progression initiatives etc.)
u Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures for each HR process, such that all relevant procedural / statutory requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality & cost effective service to internal customers
Industrial Relations
u Initiate, formulate and implement various policies & systems for Industrial Relations and ensure productive & uninterrupted working environment
u Establish & maintain harmonious Industrial Relations to ensure uninterrupted & smooth plant operation and improve employees engagement
Administration
u Review annual budgets for the HR and Administration (including factory HR) functions
u Ensure Implementation of Administrative policies across the organization and enable smooth partnering with the business
u Review facility management in terms of third party service providers and oversee Employees benefits infrastructure Guest house, Canteen, Housekeeping & Horticulture in Plant, Residential complex etc.
CSR
u Oversee the CSR strategy for the organization and provide inputs on initiatives to be conducted in alignment with business objectives
Security
u Oversee security policies and protocols a including emergency response procedures in line with government security requirements
