Set up the Organization Development function, institutionalize processes & spearhead various initiatives
- Design & implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop & manage the talent pool including psychometric tests
- Design competency framework & its applications to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Design & implement PMS across the organization including balance score card
- Plan & implement various Capability Development initiatives across functions
- Identify critical positions & create the succession planning framework & develop a Talent Bench Strength
- Play a key role in Change Management & organization Culture building initiatives
- Design & development of Leadership Development Programs; design calendar & drive these programs in coordination with Regional HR
- Design & facilitate smooth conduct of Assessment Centres - including finalization of Key Assessment Criteria, Tool Development, Feedback process, Individual Development Plans, Train the Trainers etc
- Talent Management specialist with deep PMS & OD skills & experience
